In the box we get an English user manual. A micro USB cable for charging the case, and some extra rubber buds. Charging the earphones takes about 2 hours, and same with the case. These rubber buds are smaller than the usual buds we get with other in-ear earphones. They’re almost half the size, and that’s a good thing!
The case is very small, but it feels heavy for it’s size. That might be cause it’s got a 400mAh battery inside that provides an extra 8 hours of music. It’s made of plastic, but has a nice leather texture and feel. The lid is magnetic, and is almost a bit too powerfull. Sometimes it’s a bit tricky to open.
Inside are the two earphones, and the red rings are lights indicating that they are currently charging (watch the video). They can also show a blue colour, when they are connected.
Inside the case we can see the charging connectors, and at the bottom is a little circle. This is actually the battery indicator for the case. Here we can see it’s blinking three times , which means the battery is over 75%.
The top of the case is also slightly transparent, so if it’s not too bright outside, you can see if the earphones are done charging or not, without opening the lid.
Let’s have a closer look at the earphones. They have an ergonomic shape and fit so well into the ears, that I have no worries about them moving or falling out. Even with the smaller rubber buds they are more comfortable that other earphones. Probably the best ones i have tried so far. They are also IPX6 waterproof, so splashing and sprays shouldn’t be a problem.
They are made of light plastic, so they don’t feel like 200 dollar earphones, but then again, they’re not. They cost only 38 USD at the moment, which is a good price in my opinion.
They also got physical push buttons, so no touch sensitive area here. The buttons are good, and not too stiff, so I don’t mind that at all.
Like I said before, I REALLY like the shape of these earphones. They fit perfectly in the ear, without relying too much on the rubber buds holding them in place.
The sound quality is also surprisingly good. The bass is rich good, and the overall sound from low to high is also good. It’s also very clear, so no problem with muffled sound on these. There’s also no hissing sound coming from them, even at loud volume.
When it comes to latency, or delay, it’s actually quite good., so for watching videos I had no issues at all, but for fast gaming it can get a bit annoying.
Overall i’m very happy with these, and they have become one of my favourites so far. Mainly because of the combination of being very comfortable to wear, having good sound quality, and a good enough battery of about 3 hours per charge. They case is also quite small and will easily fit in a pocket.
